Walnuts Care is committed to providing the highest quality service for you and your children. If you wish to make any comment either as a complaint, concern or praise please feel free to speak to us in person, or contact us using the details on our contact page.
We aim to acknowledge your comments within three working days and to achieve a satisfactory resolution within a maximum of thirty working days. In accordance with the Care Standards Act (2000) Walnuts Care’s Statement of Purpose is approved by The Care Quality Commission.
